What are the steps to follow before a successful exhibition or event?

When you propose to promote your business or you want to give greater visibility to your brand, you must first plan where these exhibitions or top events will take place, and then arm yourself with the exhibition systems through which you display your image at a top standard so that the participation turns into a success.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW BEFORE A SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITION OR EVENTS?

HOW TO CHOOSE THE EXHIBITION SYSTEM THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT AT FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS?

The first step would be to realize that you will participate in an event among professionals and that you will present yourself as such. Therefore, you need to decide what is the purpose of the participation, who are you appealing to, more precisely, who is the audience of the people you want to attract their attention and what you want to convey through the exhibition stand.

After you have already established the previous steps and know the location of the event, the location of your stand and the appropriate message for the invited participants, you will decide what marketing materials you need.

WHAT DO ALL THESE EXHIBITORS HAVE IN COMMON?

Absolutely all exhibitors want an efficient display in exhibition spaces that are usually limited, which is why a straight textile pop-up does not always have room to be placed.

However, the options are varied, some of them decided to give up the space occupied by 2 mannequins and make way for a 2.5m curved textile pop-up display system which is slightly smaller and offers the advantage of better visibility of the print from the narrow and crowded aisles in the distance.

Photo exhibitors have turned to options such as brochure stands for displaying photo album models, for brochures and flyers with service packages and plexiglass supports for business cards.

Bartender services were exposed through the counter desk, where they were able to offer a sample of their creative and effect skills, in addition to the pop-up systems, which are a must-have for any stand.

HOW CAN YOU MANAGE YOUR STAND STAFF?

Most of the exposure and display systems that Expoprint Media sells are made of light materials, which through their construction provide stability and safety.
