Return policy

According to the legislation in force O.U.G. 34/2014, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers. According to GEO no. 34/2014, the period of giving up a Service expires within 14 days from the date on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the purchased Good.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Customer Relations Department using the contact form regarding the decision to withdraw from the Contract, without citing a reason, using an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with all the labels related to the product and the documents that accompanied it.

Products for which returns are not accepted are:

*Unsealed products.

If the products are returned in a condition in which they can no longer be sold as we do, we will resend the products to him, at his expense.

The return costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the product value will be made in no more than 14 working days from the date of receipt of proof that the product has been returned, as follows:

– for Orders paid with Online Card by refund to the account from which the payment was made;

– for Orders paid with Cash on Delivery by bank transfer, in a bank account whose data will be made available by the customer.

In the event that a package that was sent by go-vita.ro is not accepted by the recipient without a given reason and without prior notification by any means of contact: telephone, email, etc., the following measures will be ordered:

only the online card payment method will remain active in the customer account for the following orders placed.
